If you have questions or take issue with views expressed in the outlines, I do not have the luxury to engage in detailed email discussions. Time spent in such correspondence takes away from other duties, including the development of more outlines.

I believe you may be better served by directing your questions to them. Please visit the website, and check the archives to see if your question has not already been asked and answered. If it has not, then submit your question to them.
